593. Heaven on Earth

The closest to heaven I’ve ever been,

Was in your arms, and in your view.

On Earth there is no place better than where,…

Love finds you.

The sky can not compare, nor sun or moon,

Nor the flowers of summer days,

To that spark of heaven endowed within.

592. A’aru

I long for the fields of A’aru.

The sun-soaked reeds of gold

The ageless mirth of eternity,

Where there’s no young or old.

Where the hallowed sun forever shines,

Its light everlasting.

I run toward distant outstretched arms,

As my soul brightly sings,

And my whole being rejoices and cries:

“Where you go. I will come.

I am home. I am finally home,

In the arms of Atum”.

591. Thoughts on a Dark and Moonless Night

I’m so overtired.

I wish I could sleep.

I stare at the ceiling,

And silently weep.

I’m nobody’s worry,

And nobody’s care.

Lifetimes of emotions,

Pull me here and there.

The moon’s even sleeping.

I wish I could too,…

Though life, it is not fair,

And it is not through.

I have many more nights,

To cry on my own;

And far many more days,

‘Fore I can go home.

590. Children of Light, Take Heed!

O’ Children of Light, take heed!

The darkness seeks to consume you,

With smiles of self-satisfaction it breeds,

And plants the seeds,

Of its own destruction.

O’ Children of Light, beware!

Bodies are made of heavy earth,

Which drags all men down and into despair;

So be aware,

You are not of the Earth!

O’ Children of Light, watch out!

You are light destined for the stars.

So, in darkness, do not stumble about.

You should not doubt,

Your divine radiance!

O’ Children of Light, Hear! Hear!

Those who pursue your destruction,

Act from carnal bewilderment and fear.

Lo’, Death’s not here!

Seek the Light! Seek the Light!

O’ Children of Light, stand strong!

When in darkness, shine brighter still.

The war between Light and darkness is long.

Shine strong! Shine strong!

For in time Light will win,…

Yes, in the end,…in the end,…

Light will win!

589. The Lightness of Stars

I oft’ dream of three stars united:

A pyramid-cluster,…far away,…

Sparkling and swirling light projected,

In aged-realms which sway,…

My soul to tears.

Such beauty,…it can not be explained,

With words of practical human minds.

The feeling of awe, deeply engrained,…

On the soul, which pines,…

To return home.

Yes, some things, they are not logical,

For we are made of both man and soul.

Man seeks to eat ’til listless and full.

Soul seeks to be whole,…

And connected.

Those galactic stars,…they speak to me,

In a language beyond form or view,

And my soul answers with silent glee.

I am bright and new!

For I am free!

I am free!

I am free!
